KDD 2.0 5.0 (isn't that a mouthful?), as you probably know, uses the Mosaic Frost style for levels 13 and 20. The Steam version doesn't include that style, and since it's not being installed from Caravelnet the game won't auto-download it. This isn't fatal, since it just defaults back to City, but it seems a shame to mess up the very nice lighting work by applying it to the wrong style.

Edit: JtRH also uses it, turns out.

Turns out Journey to Rooted Hold also uses it. Maybe it'd be best to just add it to the styles installed by default?

Really, my only issue is that Holding Vats in The City Beneath becomes City in these circumstances, which causes a line about it being cold there to make less sense. Keep it in Iceworks.
