I've been staring at this room and messing around with it for a good while now, and it's still just a confusing pile of pressure plates to me.

I could use a bit more direction as to what my actual objectives are.

I guess I could have been clearer, I'd pretty much worked out that much already.

But I haven't gotten anywhere at all in untangling which plates I want to press/hold down before which other plates.

I see online you've beaten the room, but here's a small hint for those in the same situation.


I can't do much better than that without access to the room, which I won't have for a few more days (to give a fair chance to everybuggy else—oh wait who am I kidding Doom is going to wreck this thing like Dale Earnhardt).

So I know I have to detonate the bombs to open the black door, however I'm not sure when right moment is to do so.

×It's one of the last things you'll do. You should be detonating them by moving out of the play area through the broken wall on the East. Then to escape you'll need to move one of the clones out the back along the Western path revealed by the missing bombs.

This is a failure on my part due to the aesthetics of the room allowing you to place decoys on the outside of the room, which you never need to do. I should have done something to prevent this.

Fortunately, I don't think 1N has that problem, and it's a harder puzzle. If you want to beat 1N it might be worth trying to get the IS for Entrance.
