×placing the mimic on the conquer token which can't be correct

×placing the mimic close to the green door and using the roach to set up to hit switch there - problem being the 1 square wide path that the mimic potion is in makes it improbable to maneuver into position

×maneuvering the roach into the center chamber to clear with the briar which is incorrect as no access to conquer token once briar is released
so where am I misdirected in my tactics as the strategy for this room escapes me, thanks for any guidance
