Okay, this room has me faffled baffled. I can get the goblin and the speed potion no problem, but I can't even figure out what the next step is. Am I meant to go for the wraithwing or the roach? How am I even meant to do that?

Partially depends on what you mean by "get the goblin".

I can get the goblin onto the plate. I also can free the wraithwing, but now I can't get the goblin over to the plate--and I assume I need that, because unlike the previous rooms, I can't leave that chamber once the room is cleared.
