How to reproduce :

1. Add a wall or pit (or both).
2. Set Player Role 'Young Halph'.
3. Playtest the room.
4. Bump player to wall and pit

This has actually been reported as early as TCB and GatEB that this type of problem is intentional - Young Halph's player role sounds aren't supported.
