icon Keeping DROD running for too long causes assertion error (+1)  
How to reproduce: Playtest a room in editor. My setup was an empty room with a shallow water tile that I'm hiding into, an a 2x2 fluff block in the center.

Then put the game idle in this state for at least a week or two.

At some point, the game will start spurting out this error in drod.err every frame DROD is running a room:

Assertion error in line 54 of .\Effect.cpp: "dwNow >= this->dwTimeStarted"
