Not sure how much detail you need. This room is actually fairly reasonable because the queens won't spawn on open yellow doors.
I entered from the west and scared the queens into the northeast bit of the room. Then take your time and kill the eyes that wake up as you go. I went along the bottom row 18 until I got to column 20 and went up. Kill the eyes that wake up and come towards you. Both queens should stay in place. Let me know if you need additional hints with any particular parts.
