Well, I suppose that to stop southern roachqueens from reaching traps you need to use roaches from the northern queens. But there doesn't seem to be any way to do this. And there isn't anything to stop roachqueens from running into the traps either...

There are doors just in the way of roaches which prevent spawning, and the other eggs do little help
