The Prison : Escape : 5 South (0)

I must be an idiot, because I can't seem to progress at all in this room. I've made it to the lower entrance, and starting from there I manage to kill that queen, and the ones at (11,24),(4,13), and (4,15), along with two brains, and I can't seem to get any further.... any pointers?
