Can't move game window. (Steam) (0)

Hello,
After launching game via Steam, I can't move the game window.
I've tried different tricks (like WindowKey+Shift+Arrow) but i didn't work.
Same problem on two computers, both running Windows 10.

It looks like the game was running fullscreen but without changing the resolution. Can you try pressing F10 (or was it F11) or Toggling fullscreen in options to see if it helps?

Of course! Most obvious thing for me

.
It is happening on almost fresh Windows 10 (computer at work) and quite old version of system (home computer).
On home computer I am able to "catch" top windows bar and move the window down.
On "work" computer, I can't do anything...
But now it occured to me, that at work I have two displays! Maybe that is the source of problem!
