Opening the green door is quite easy, but avoiding to turn on the beacon, how?
It seems I have to kill the mud mother with the fegundo, but I have to do it before killing the skipper. how to kill the mother without lighting the fuse? (if the fuse is lit, not time to get to the skipper)

There's something else in the room that can kill the gel mother.

The stalwart seems to fear shallow water. a puff maybe? isn't it too far?

Puffs won't kill gel (or other tarstuff) mothers naturally, only if they're pushed. So that leaves the Stalwart.

You mean...

This would mean bringing a gel baby in the far NE of the chamber, so the puff find it nearer than the skipper and aim to it.
But baby will aim to me, or, when I'm "invisible" on the power token, to the Stalward, so I can't see any way to move it over column 16.

You're getting towards the right idea. If the gel baby won't get closer to the puff, can you bring the puff to the gel baby?
