Exactly what the title says. If you wanted one piece of DROD merch to be a real thing, what would it be?

I'd, hands down, have to say a Wubba pillow or a Roach plush toy, personally.

A Surfacers vs. Empire chess set. Beethro would be the Surfacers king, Halph the queen, Bombus the bishop, Tendry the rook, Denfry (as he appears on the cover art) the knight and Rasarun soldiers the pawns. On the Empire side, A1 would be king, 39th Slayer the queen, 84th Negotiator the bishop, Aumtlich the rook, a Goblin the knight and roaches the pawns. It would also include a checkers set of Tar Technicians and Mud Coordinators.

I was envisioning a nice safe use for it like step on token, get household chores done, reset token and leave to go on a hike while the clone slaves away

But you'd still age, and you'd have to be the one doing the dishes since you only go back after recording that.

Also, the recording might get stuck forever because of a minor change. This could happen for two reasons:
1) Reality is non-deterministic. When you get back, a random occurrence has a different outcome, causing something to interrupt the projection's route.
2) Reality is deterministic, but the presence of both you and the projection alters the parameters. This alteration somehow causes something to get in the timeclone's way.

On the whole, if you want to get more done before a deadline, a speed potion is probably a better bet. I guess it might age you twice as fast, but at least you won't get stuck when something falls down in the kitchen.

If the time clone gets stuck, you could always just leave the room to reset it, although that begs the question of just how useful it would be in the first place. Time clone does dishes, and you hang around watching it do dishes? Maybe read a book or something.

Also, on the topic of orbs; orb doorbells, and orb alarms, so any time a door is opened/closed, the orb SFX plays quietly.
