-get five roaches on pressure plates
-keg on (29,14)
-mirror on (32,14)
-kegs at (33,15) and (33,16)
-with sword south and last roach chasing you, go to (32,15) (roach should be just south of sword)
-step NW
-turn CCW, roach goes onto force arrow because all options preferable to "wait" are blocked
-step NE, roach goes NW due to force arrow and brained preferences
-turn CW, blocking roach with mirror

From here, you don't really have to do anything special due to the door that opens NW of the plate, with a convenient force arrow that makes the challenge simple to get once you've cleaned up everything else.
