Have recently renewed my CaravelNet subscription but have not received the activation link. Have requested 4 times (from Downloads page) but no email received.

Have emailed Support on 2 occasions but no reply from them either

How do I resolve this?

I don't see any support emails... it looks like something might have broken in our support system.

Support system is fixed, new emails should get into our system properly. Sorry about that.

I've also tested the activation link request from Downloads, and it worked fine for me - it comes from no-reply@caravelgames.com, so make sure that's in your safe senders list or contacts or something. And make sure that your email in your profile is up to date.
