Uhh... I did the challenge, but... Is there a way to clear the room by doing so? I think I might be screwed, because now I can't really clear the room; the goblins are on the other side of the trap doors I stepped onto.

There's no blue door on this level, so it doesn't matter whether you clear the rooms.

Mastery requires conquering the hold, and all secret rooms. Nothing else. There are also no secret rooms on Level 25

That said, you could restore to the start of the goblin room if you wanted, and the challenge would still be registered as complete -- once you've got it, that's it, it's on your list for ever.
