Thanks for copying this issue over.

Man...sometimes (often) Valve confuses me. I have no idea where to go to put an image there.

I looked into this again and reached out to Valve's Steam support.

They said they need to manually apply a graphic in order to get it to show up here. However, it seems they were a bit confused as well. Ultimately, they noted that this is a "package", not a bundle. As such, it doesn't display a header image on this page. They say none of the packages do, actually. For instance:

So, marking this "not a bug". I guess it's a feature
