This *might* be me doing the room wrong, but if i'm reading the text right, I have to clear the room while activating a single solider, *and* keep him alive.

So I think I've done this right. Here are two screenshots - one of me having finished the room, with the soldier alive. The second is me killing the solider to prove i haven't used the horn under his feet

So thats all roaches dead, one horn used and one solider alive - thats the condition, yes? If so, I think it's bugged.
