Having a rather moderate number of lights (10+ I think) on top of walls causes a weirdly high amount of slowdown to the game, especially while entering the room, when undoing (even after a couple of normal steps where nothing happens) or opening/closing a door (even a one-tile door nowhere near the lights).

By contrast, the same lights not on walls causes seemingly very little issue.

Attached is a hold demonstrating this effect: 1E has lights on walls and the slowdown, 2E has the same configuration of lights not on walls and maybe a tad bit of slowdown, but nowhere near as much.

Sorry, I don't think there's anything we can do about this, because the lighting is rendered in software and on-wall lighting is typically more costly to render. Unless you're saying this issue didn't happen before, I don't think we can improve the speed.

It just seemed strange to me in general, especially the part where opening/closing a door and undoing after taking a single step seemed worse than otherwise.
