×The one in the bottom right is key to getting things started here. You can get a time clone recorded that is hacking away at the briars and still have time token free to use. You have a couple of options at this point. But experiment with this a bit.

×Probably the intended solution involves making a recording from this one that hacks away at the briar at one of the middle widgets then goes off to kill a roach. Next your last Beethro form the lower right goes up and hits the time token that was just made available in the middle widget and records a time clone killing the last roach.
The alternate way to accomplish all of this, which I think is unintended, is to rely on the fact that

×Time clones, when stunned, do not replay their next move. So since you have a pushing weapon available you can actually just cancel each clone after a few moves and as long as you maintain a constant stun by pushing you can get them into position. This is probably the easier way to do things to be honest.
