According to the help file:
Answer option - Provides a multiple choice option for a Question command (see below). A label from the list of defined Label commands in the script must be selected as the point from where the script will continue execution if the user selects this choice. Up to nine answer options are supported for a given Question. Any additional options are ignored.
Big lies! It does not actually ignore any others after the ninth, however it turns out that adding more is a bad idea, as shown in the attached demonstration hold. Keyboard support for selecting the answers stops working correctly with multiple answers sharing the same keyboard shortcut, and you can't even select any answer beyond the thirteenth with the mouse. Once you add a stupid number of answers, visual bugs start happening.
That's all irrelevant though because the real issue is that the game is not ignoring answers past the ninth one like its supposed to.
