Currently, you can't link a built orb or pressure plate to a door without exploiting some bugs. It'd be nice if you could do so.

This would be super cool to have, but I imagine it'd be tough to implement.

Probably the best option for such a command would be to specify two x, y coordinates and "toggle/open/close" as its input, and it just does nothing if the tiles specified don't contain some combination of things that actually can be linked (i.e., it ignores if either tile has no linkable thing, or if it's trying to link an orb with another orb, a door and a force arrow, etc.).
