The help docs for image overlay commands (/Help/1/script.html#image-overlay-commands) says:

Scale (percent of original) (ms) -- scale the image to the indicated amount

But Scale actually takes 1 argument only: Scale (percent of original). The two-argument form is Grow, which is already listed in the help docs.

Scale in help docs now writes "Scale (percent of original)" in 6491.
