Building tiles on gates failed to update the corners briefly (0)

As usual, a demo room.

Recap from the scrolls in the demo room:

If tiles are built on the gates, the tile diagonally connected to the built tiles will still display as if there is still connection to them.

Toggling the gates or using an undo fixes the graphic glitch.

Incidentally, turning on and off chat history (Ctrl+Enter) fixes the problem, while other windows will not. I have no idea why.

Fixed in RC3 (post-6468):
- The gates are plotted correctly

Tested in 5.1.0.6478 and did not see any graphical errors in the hold in the initial post.
