"Game effect Swirl" ignores any coordinates you give it, and makes a swirl round the player. Skell tells me that this is deliberate, but that seems bizarre. Any time you want a swirl round the player, you can use _Myscript to get one. Being able to make a swirl round other tiles would be useful to drawing them to the player's attention, which could serve many purposes -- clearer tutorials; indicating that a scroll has changed its contents; challenge scrolls could highlight a tile for greater clarity; and so on.
