Here's a more detailed step by step for one possible way to do the room. It's maybe a bit wordy and hard to follow, so let me know if you need a demo instead. It's also probably not the optimal solution, and I'm sure I missed some obvious better way of doing things. Assume all trap doors that can be dropped along a path are indeed dropped unless otherwise specified.

First timeline
1) Hit the time token at (2,10) or (2,21).
2) Double back along the path along column 6. Get on the other bridge at the westernmost point.
3) wait around and distract the Aumtlich for a bit towards the end of that path. You'll want to make sure they don't give your 2nd time line a hard time, so you may even want to freeze one of them with your sword for a bit. Also, be careful when dropping trapdoors at the end, make sure to give yourself a a path back to the entrance for later on.
4) Get to the pressure plate in column 19 and try to freeze one of the aumtlich in the eastern bit of the room with your sword. Then wait. For a while. Like hundreds of moves.
Second timeline.
5) Tab over to the 2nd timeline, Clear off all remaining tiles surrounding the bridge that is close to the time token you just stepped off of. Don't forget the one just before the pressure plate in column 19. You won't be able to get the one to the east of the arrow yet though. You should also be able to kill a couple of aumtlich at this stage.
6) Leave the path between (12,9) and (12,22) (by way of column 8) for last. You'll use that to get over to the area the first time clone is in.
7) You may need to wait and reflect some aumtlich beams here to let your buddy across.
8) Hit the time token in column 25 that is closest to you.
9) Move along the western rout to the westernmost pressure plate. I dropped all the trapdoors from (27,14) to (27,17) at this stage. Then sit and wait again. For a while.
Third timeline.
10) After tabbing over, take column 24 to the tunnel, to column 24 again to the next time token. Then go back along column 22 (finally dropping that bridge while you're at it) to the Aumtlich area in the middle to the west of row 18.
11) I only dropped only one of the trapdoors in column 19 at this point. Depending on if you go along the north or south bridge, you'll have at least one trap door at (18,13) or (18,18) that you can't drop yet so you'll need to allow a path back in here.
12) I used this time clone to clear out the rest of the trapdoors east of column 14 and ended up on a pressure plate. I'm sure I was supposed to use that pressure plate for something but never figured out how.
13) No need to wait before tabbing out this time.
Fourth timeline.
14) Take the path back to the area in the middle with the aumtlich were you just were, dropping the bridges in column 26, 23, and 20 along the way if you haven't already. This is your last timeline so try to drop every trapdoor from now on. You can hold off on the ones around the tunnels for now though.
15) Back in the middle, drop whichever of (18,13) and (18,18) you didn't previously. This should take care of the entire middle bit. Tunnel back to column 23
16) Drop all trapdoors around the tunnels. You should now have no trapdoors on the eastern half of the room other than the ones you need to get back to the entrance.
17) You should be in the clear, head back to the entrance (dropping all remaining trap doors) and hit the fuse.
