It's not possible to get a pressure plate or orb to directly change the status of a force arrow if it is on top of a fire trap or yellow door.
However when the next version of the engine comes out (5.1) you will be able to use the build command to build a regular or disabled force arrow on the square. So it'll be technically possible, just somehow make sure the player is aware that the arrow can be changed because of scripting if you choose to go down this route.
