First thing to do is place the mimic just above the tar on the trapdoors. Drop all trapdoors on the east side of the tar blob, so that it grows into a 2-by-3 blob with two babies. Then maneuver the mimic onto the right-pointing force arrow, making sure to drop any trapdoors that you won't be able to yourself. In my demo, I was able to get him in position before killing the mother.

Now, get those two tar babies west of the wraithwing. Trap them in the little passageway, then go back into the entrance passage to lure the wraithwing out.

Now from here, your goal is to kill the NE snake with the wraithwing, and the wraithwing with the mimic. Nothing super-complicated about this, though of course you have to drop trapdoors in the meantime.
