I think I am one of the only people who ask for help frequently.
But, what to do, the game is intersting, I am enjoying it and I want to complete it.

Okay. The key to this one is that you will be in the southeast corner for some time, waiting for the spikes to kill all the mud. That will make the mud in the centre grow again, cutting off your only access to the mud mother. How can you prevent that?

The solution mentioned by Nuntar is certainly easier.

However, there is a second one that I found first and you have to use later in a very similar room:

I f I understand it right i need to kill a golem just sw of the entrance and manouver a queen into that corner?
