Any general tips for escaping after you hit the orb?? In every 'hallway' the gentrii always blocks me and I cannot get past it.

EDIT: nvm, again. just beat the room on turn 1114. Are you considered a good DROD player if you brute through most rooms instead of relying on logic and noticing little tricks?
