At the end of the first level in Nameless Fortress there is a scorepoint called "Guardian Defeated!". Unfortunately this doesn't exist in the highscore list, which may be because the uploaded scores for it keep being rejected (or possibly are being rejected because it doesn't know it exists, I don't know how these things work).

I'm unsure if Nameless Fortress's Normal/Hard mode switch that increases the score multiplier for hard mode has anything to do with this. For what it's worth this is happening to me on Normal mode, I have not tested hard mode.
