Some time during the last week a room that doesn't actually exist somehow appeared in the list of scorable rooms:
Dugan's Dungeon Revisited: First Level: 2 North, 3 East
Thinking this may just be an issue with my own profile I checked out a few other people and from what I can tell it is also displayed on the score list of everyone who has ever played the hold.
As for the room itself, it is not reachable when playing nor does it exist when Dugan's Dungeon Revisited is opened up in the editor and the preview image seemingly linked to the room on the website appears to be broken:

I know for a fact this is a recent change as one week earlier this room didn't show up in the list when I had last checked it and as I am a soulless vessel I have always made sure that I have scored every room in all of the holds I have conquered.
This seems to be a really tiny issue but I figured I'd rather report it than have it lead to bigger problems with no one knowing anything.
