Presumably the intent is that 18th A is crazy, but the way it is written can only mean 9th P is...
It does say "(currently in proof editing)", so perhaps it's intended?

We'd need to ask Mike or Pearls (if it was him who has written the text) if this is intended. Regardless I honestly doubt this is going to be changed so I am marking this as not a bug.
