Hi, Nikitos--sorry it's taken so long for anyone to answer! I just got through the room myself, so hopefully the following helps:
Obviously, you need the decoy to distract the gentryii...

Click here to view the secret text ×two more gentryii to the east of the pressure plate. You can block one with your sword long enough to get past it, but not if the other is coming up behind you. Which means that
Click here to view the secret text ×the decoy has to be put in a place where it'll attract both of the easternmost gentryii and one of the two second-easternmost. The best place for that is

Click here to view the secret text ×...just a little slowly, so that (a) the eastern gentryii head for the decoy without catching your scent, but also
Click here to view the secret text ×(b) since the gentryii pinned at (20, 7) is going to be following you closely, you need to delay your eastern movement enough so that
