It is embarrassing, but I have no idea how to pass the door at (19,19) with the roach.

Whichever of you steps on the pressure plate first will close the door, so the only way is to push the roach first, then you can hit the orb that re-opens it.

Of course.
However, I had not seen how to handle the roach after hitting the orb.
