This one is definitely tough at first! It took me a while to find a viable strategy. Here are a couple of things that may help you out:

×As you have no doubt guessed, you'll need to kill all the queens before you take the second potion. So a top priority is to find a relatively safe position. What can you do to prevent yourself from spawning a roach each turn?

×Make a run for the wall and turn around so that your back is to the wall. You should have just enough time to turn around and get your back to the wall. But what about the roach that just spawned beside you?

×turn to face it diagonally then back into a corner. If you ever run out of time while turning, just walk away from the wall diagonally away from the hoard then back bu against the wall again. The roach you just spawned will act like a shield for a few turns. The key to survival is to face diagonally away from the wall as much as possible
Once you have that technique down, it's time to take on the queens.

×make sure that you take a straight line path to the queen that passes by the pressure plate.

×Start at the corner diagonally opposite the queen you want to attack. Go diagonally across the room until you reach the queen. If you time things right, the yellow doors will close on you before the first live roach can get to you. You can use the closed yellow door to stay alive while dispatching the hoard. Once you've whittled things down a bit, rinse and repeat the process with the remaining queens.
