A Day at the Beach : What kind of beach is this? : 1 South, 1 East (0)

So, what I'd like to do is get one water skipper on the pressure plate, the other one square to the east, and Beethro one or squares further east. I feel like I've been close, but can't quite get there. Any pointers?

Sorry that routine doesn't seem to get me anywhere. How is that supposed to get the W skipper from water to land to water. Why wont skippers go on PP. Need a bit more hint
