Probably a stupid question for here, but I have two key cards. I've completed everything except those arky card rooms, and some secret rooms. I can't figure out what's next...the problem with playing off and on instead of just staying up for days straight doing nothing but DROD...

Have you completed any ending to the game? If not, then I'd surmise the next step you're missing is to return to the Older Holding Vats to make use of what you've collected so far, since that's the step that causes the most people problems in following the plot.

No, the "???"s are part of the good ending path and have nothing to do with filling out the inventory.

This topic has all the Arky room locations, spread out over several posts. This post in particular and the one after it list all RCS stamp and Rooted Hub keycard locations.

Thank you for reply. I dont have any location with a question mark.I went back and walk through the Older holding vats .There were nothing there .I think I am going back to training hall and where it will send me next.
Any other idea??

The bleu door at the entrance will not open

The blue door at the entrance closes much earlier in the game for story reasons.

Have you completed the Ore Refinery level?

Just about to give up!!! Seeding grounds is showing those question marks.I went back and collected only one RCS in a secret room
There are a couple of crack walls in 1S, !E but not accessible.I dont know what it is with me I went back many times and could not find anything
Any hints??

There is another room in Seeding Grounds. It's kind of hinted at by the same thing that gives away the locations of other secrets in that level, but in a way that's super easy to miss. Anyway, just in case you are one of the people who doesn't find mindlessly hunting for secret walls extremely tedious and tiresome,I'll put the location in secret tags.

I found that if i restore to previous levels and solve some secrets rooms (with RCS stamps or hub key) and then restore to the furthest save my findings did not save, bummer. So i need to return to previous levels only by map screen or by "foot", not through restore feature?

This is correct. However, secret rooms you do will still contribute to your overall completion percentage.
