General question: why aren't all of the levels for TSS in the hints and solution list? I was specifically looking for Braxian Below, but noticed that a number of others don't appear to be there either.

They arent listed because theyre optional. Presumably to avoid spoiling level names or something. (Id assume its pointless because everyone knows about them anyway, but oh well.) So they only appear if CaravelNet knows youve seen them (which is, unfortunately, not a necessary condition for you having to search for them in H&S).

Presumably you can use the Online Room Help button in the game to get you directly to H&S search for that room even if the level isnt listed.

This is not the case. Clicking on the Online Room Help button can't find the level and takes you to 'Prologue' instead.

They're supposed to show up via the Online Room Help button, there was a bug before where they didn't, but I thought that was fixed. Seems like it isn't though.

I am asking here because it is a MLiH&Sdd. Does Beethro return here later? How are we supposed to get to it if there is a cutscene right when we leave the shrine? I toured the inner walls, but found no access to the outside besides the expected path.

Once you have access to the full map you can go back to the Forgotten Shrine or almost any place you have been. The exceptions are some of the mid-game levels:

Help please...I only have one more secret to solve.It is apparently located in "Somewhere under the ocean"which is not listed in my world map.I dont want to restore so I dont loose what I have accomplish so far. How ca I get there?

You have to restore to access that level.

I would recommend first going to a specific save point, such as Lost Central Station near Beethro's inventory. Use that checkpoint so that you can restore back to it afterwards. Then restore to Under the Ocean. After completing the secret room there, you can restore back to Lost Central Station.

Secret rooms are funny because they check if you have ever beaten them in any save, not just in the current save. This means that you will be able to access post-mastery even if you didn't complete all the secrets on the current save file.
