O.K. here's what I'm thinking. The only room with a way to destroy briar is 3N 1E. To do so, I need to move the powder kegs. I can't do that while armed with the dagger. I don't have any way of getting rid of the dagger. Am I in the wrong room or am I wrong about one of my assumptions?
