Stumped again.

The goblin has to go on the middle pressure plate. But even with the speed potion, I can't open a door to let the roach or wraithwing out, because the goblin will walk off the plate onto the hot tiles and die, which locks Beethro in (or out of) the right chamber with the roach still in it.

First, note the differing green doors. The one on the wraithwing's side starts open, the one on the roach's side closed. That means you can kill the roach and escape, without anything being on the middle pressure plate, but only if the roach is the last thing you kill.

As for the wraithwing, if you think about the previous hint...
