I think I really need a lesson on these things. I'm thinking that I need to kill all of them in the same 30 move cycle. Based on the other rooms I've solved with them that looks to be the case. I'm not sure about that, and I'm sure the wands have something to do with it, but I'm just not sure how.

Then it's just a matter of killing the westmost and eastmost construct in the same spawn cycle, which can be done if you take the shortest path between them.

Is that shortest path one that goes through the center island? I can't see any way to get that to work with the platforms, but if I try to go around, I can kill one as it turns to 30 and the other as it turns to 30 the next time and the first wakes up, so I'm one move short.

EDIT: H&S, it is possible to go through the center island.
