Would be nice if http links in chat were clickable

Would be nice if http links in chat were clickable (+2)

No way to actually open the link in a browser.

Also applies to main Caravel Chat window.

I'll note that (on Mac OS X, in-game) you can actually select a line inside the chat log, and hit Ctrl-C, but this copies the entire chatlog into your clipboard, not just the highlighted line.
