I know I'm almost there, I can get to the conquer token on the respawn turn, but that's one turn too late.

I came from 3 moves short to only 1 now,

I can't seem to make it work - for one thing I don't seem to be able to kill a construct on turn 0 (as suggested): it revives with my sword on it and doesn't die.

For another, I can't seem to strand the third construct far enough away that I can get it in position for the western plate without having to do a backswipe in which I move back east again.

Bah.

That's correct, the construct will revive with your sword on it if you have your sword on it on turn zero. Key word here is "revive"

From this spot it should be easy to kill the construct on turn 60, which means that the move that kills him starts when the count is at 59.
