After returning to the DAA informing Halph of the full extent of the Patrons plan, the player is instructed to look around for Arky.

If the player hasn't been to the secret room in Rooted Hub yet, they can see Arky there, but he'll just produce his canned spiel and nothing else.

Ah, good catch. Hmm...what to do here.

I'm thinking that Arky just shouldn't appear in this room during this phase of the plot. Before, he can be here.
