×As mentioned above, the idea is to manipulate some puff balls so that they form a stable fluff glob over the eastern pressure plate. It's not immediately obvious, but you don't need to use the fluff glob on the Western pressure plate to do this. There's loads of fluff that you can access and stab at the north western edge of the cliff. Stab the fluff to form puff balls then try to manipulate them to form a 2x2 blob over the plate.
fluff manipulation takes practice, but here are a few hints. Try to stab it on turn that is a multiple of 5 so that you have time to manipulate things. Even though the clock isn't visible, the puffs will still be keeping track of the turn count. practice moving the puffs with your staff. A stunned puff won't move and this can be useful. But also practice luring them to move towards you in a way you want. Lastly, don't feel like you have to get it to be exactly a 2x2 fluff. You have some extra puffs so if you get a solid blob that doesn't cover the pressure plate, you can build off of it. Good luck!
