Heres how I just did it:

×Use the aumtlich to help you get past the gentryii; kill the aumtlich in the process. While in the area to the north of the arrows, kill two of the three roaches, then head to the chamber with the pressure plates. Time it so that the remaining roach enters the room exactly when you need it to. The rest should be straightforward.
