There's also a guy in DROD RPG who likes to hang out and watch, who loves his job. I bet they are all Watchers.

They're all watchers. I just thought it was a nostalgic reference Caravel put into the game. After all, the very first Imperial citizen Beethro ever encounters is a watcher with very similar lines.

I was actually hoping Beethro would comment on that.
