The conditions upon which Chapter 3 is displayed during FWoT mean that if the player runs out of the room to the north immediately after the conversation, they can easily miss seeing the Chapter being displayed at all.

We should consider moving this to the start of the next room instead.

There's a small change that removing one NPC from the hold and adding another could cause a potential problem in player's saved games. Instead, I'll slide the trigger for the new chapter display north a few tiles, for when the other characters have left the room, and then I'll start a brief cut scene so the player can't leave until the chapter display appears.
