In just over an hour I will be leaving home to start the long journey to Punta Mujeres in Lanzarote for a writing week. (The downside of living in such a wonderful place is that we have effectively an extra day's journey to anywhere abroad.) I am looking forward very much to a week of warmth, sun, immersion in a very different landscape and intensive concentration on my writing. It will also be a great joy to meet up with other UKA-ers again.

If TSS comes out while I'm gone - enjoy!! I'm sorry I won't be one of those who may break that "44 people on-line" record from way back in 2007 but I will set aside time when I'm home to catch up (slowly probably! ).
