Appears to be some random scripting going on (or not, couldn't say since I'm not an architect).

My solution involves hitting the middle box (with all the roach queens inside) and stopping at the top-right of the screen next to the stalwarts. After that it'll probably be a case of trying slight variations on that until it works...
